Do you offer yearly plans?

We sure do! In fact, we believe that a yearly plan is the best way to go - committing to the system is the key to success. We offer two months free for yearly subscriptions.

Can I get additional help?

Absolutely! Aside from our world-class customer support, we offer assistance with configuration, goal setting, and more as part of our Concierge Onboarding Service.

Do you offer a free trial?

No trials here! We've experimented with this and find that people don't put the effort into using the system when they're not paying for it (sorry to be so blunt, but it's true).

Can I get a refund?

If you aren't getting value from UpLaunch, let us know. We'll work through the problem with you first, but if you're still not happy, we'll refund your last monthly payment - no worries.

How do I get my contacts into UpLaunch?

Great question! We offer contact migration as a service, free of charge. We'll work through it as part of your onboarding!

Can I customize the content?

Yes! All of the marketing content is fully customizable for your business, including emails, text messages, tasks, and staff notifications.
