When you log in to the platform for the first time, you'll be taken to our LaunchBot - an automated chatbot that will ask you questions to set up your branding and your campaigns.
After you finish with LaunchBot, you'll need to work through the remaining three areas in this module inside your platform as well:
- Appointment Types
- Client Journeys
- Staff Availability
Once you've entered some availability, set up an appointment, and configured a journey, you'll be good to go to start gathering leads from your website and landing pages into the UpLaunch Platform!
