We LOVE to chat! We have live chat staffed every workday, and make ourselves available for follow-up calls during U.S. business hours as required.

UpLaunch practices "All-Hands Support," which means you may end up chatting with our founders, our engineers, or anyone else on our team!

Onboarding Video Call
Every account, regardless of onboarding level, receives a minimum of one live video call to get you up and running.
We will also frequently set up additional live support calls and customer interviews to make sure we're hitting the mark.
